To ensure a flawless experience we ask that our clients use a caterer from Spruce Mountain’s required caterers list. In addition, a professional Event Coordinator, or person(s) acting as coordinator is required to oversee the entire event.
Additional outside vendors may be selected by our clients seeing that they are licensed and insured (where applicable). A list of all vendors must be submitted to Spruce Mountain at least thirty days prior to your event.
