To ensure a flawless event we ask that clients use a caterer from Spruce Mountain’s required caterers list.  In addition, a professional Event/ Wedding coordinator, is required to assist our clients with their wedding ceremony, and reception.

Additional outside vendors may be selected by our client seeing that they are licensed and insured (where applicable).  A list of all vendors must be submitted to Spruce Mountain at least thirty days prior to your event.
